Developing Presence, Resolving Conflicts, Inspiring Change

A self-paced course with Thomas Hübl & William Ury

What does it take to be a Warrior Healer?

Calling all change-makers, healers, socially conscious entrepreneurs, educators, and engaged citizens of the world….

You are here, reading this now, because you care.

You want to heal the world… but sometimes it’s just too overwhelming or you don’t know where to begin.

Sometimes our own pain or personal struggles can hijack our best efforts to to powerfully and effectively deal with conflict in our own lives and beyond.

In this course, you will learn from two masters how to blend the inner arts of MEDITATION with the outer arts of MEDIATION so that you can heal your own wounds and help to heal the wounds of the society around you.

In these times, it’s more important than ever to learn to embody our role as global citizens. We are being called upon to help in our communities, and ultimately to bring help – and hope – to the planet.

Discover through over 20 hours of teachings, explorations, meditations, and practical examples how you can transform conflict into opportunity.

You will emerge from this journey more grounded, more confident, more competent, and more connected. And when you are thus empowered, you are able to be an effective agent of change.

“We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history, there is such a thing as being too late. This is no time for apathy or complacency. This is a time for vigorous and positive action.”

– Martin Luther King Jr.

What You’ll Learn

In Meditate & Mediate you’ll gain insight into the nature of conflict from one of the world’s foremost experts on negotiation and mediation. You’ll also develop your capacity to be more fully present and able to respond through a leading-edge mystical approach to trauma healing.

The tools and exercises revealed in this course will give you new access to creative solutions, as William and Thomas lead you through the three stages of this journey:

STAGE 1 The Intrapersonal

The journey begins with a focus on our inner state, and the intrapersonal dimension of conflict and trauma. How do we tune our own inner instrument? How do we heal ourselves?

STAGE 2 The Interpersonal

Next, the focus turns towards the interpersonal. How do we deal with others around us? How do we bring our listening, our hearts, our compassion to situations that might be very challenging and very difficult?

STAGE 3 The Transpersonal

Finally, the focus expands to the transpersonal, the dimension of connecting with spirit, Source, or the Divine, as the final piece in this emerging journey.

This is intended to be a deeply practical course. You are encouraged to use real life situations — whether with your partner, loved one, or colleague, or a larger conflict in your community, or even a conflict in the world — to actively sit with as you listen to the course concepts and exercises, giving you immediate access to tools for conflict resolution that you can apply to actual situations in your life.

It has fundamentally changed the way I relate to others through deeper listening, higher attunement capacity and increased subtle awareness competencies.

Scott L., Healer and process facilitator, Scotland

“The Meditate & Mediate course opened my eyes to the role that trauma plays in all types of conflict, the role that we as mediators have in calling on the collective ‘third side,’ and how our nervous systems are a part of an evolution from the beginning of time. Each one of these areas was elegantly unpacked and examined in meaningful and impactful way through the course.”

Steve S., Mediator/Collaborative Attorney, Maryland, US

“It is rare to see two teachers share in such a deep, generous, respectful and harmonious way. I believe the force of this course stems from the clear and pure intention of both Thomas and William to explore together the shared essence of the act of meditation (inner mediation) and the act of mediation (outer meditation). I will be forever grateful for both the practical and experiential teachings of this course.”

Sylviana G., Engineer, Edinburgh, Scotland
